Do you ship across all of India?

Yes! We ship pan India to every serviceable pin code. If your pin code is not serviceable by our primary courier, we use an alternate logistics partner to ensure your order reaches you.
Can I change my address after placing the order?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Please WhatsApp us immediately if you need to change your address.
What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to re-schedule delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

Please check with your neighbours, building security or any family member first. If still not found, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will raise a dispute with the courier and resolve it for you within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Is my order insured during transit?

Yes. All orders are covered during transit. In the rare case of damage or loss during shipping, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Simply share photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
